I too cannot wait for the third season to air. Unlike you, I have found myself enjoying the anime more when I have not read the respective chapters in the manga, and for that reason, I actually stopped reading the manga. By the way, I also love how you compare Nodame's story with shounen, considering that normally you would think that shounen is mostly completely different from josei. But in this case, I can totally see the parallels. Nodame is a sports manga except that the sports are music, heh. Ah, it is good to see that you liked this season!
