I've actually been on the run from rabid fans ever since I incurred the wrath of some Ghibli-worshippers by saying how much I didn't like Pom Poko. It's become a way of life now. I’ve actually been on the run from rabid fans ever since I incurred the wrath of some Ghibli-worshippers by saying how much I didn’t like Pom Poko. It’s become a way of life now.

It's near the top of my all-time favorites list. But I don't expect everyone to be all "ZOMG HARUHI IS THE BEST SHOW EVAH!" (Because it's not; that's reserved for Gankutsuou. :D) And yes, I do accept that the format of the series is not for everyone. And I apologize for the rabid Haruhi fans that you run into. I'm absolutely convinced that they're the same people who worship whatever's playing on Adult Swim at the moment. I will say this: Haruhi is a good show. It’s near the top of my all-time favorites list.
